For years, Suzanne has wholeheartedly pursued her passion for acting, singing, and dancing, weaving them together to craft breathtaking concerts and shows.

Her journey began at the prestigious Guildford School of Acting in the U.K., where she honed her skills and developed a profound love for the English language. Her singing teacher was opera singer Maureen Morrell. Suzanne has then developed herself as an opera singer and actress.

At this site you will see the great variety of her work. For Suzanne acting and singing are so closely connected that she has chosen to bring it in one website instead of mainly focusing on one skill or the other.

‘Suitcase’ Concert by Suzanne Roels opera, musical & more

With her heart full of songs, music, joy and love Suzanne travels where ever the road takes her….

Soprano Suzanne Roels gives a heartwarming and varied concert with beautiful Opera aria’s and Musical songs, English, French and Italian songs in the second half. Suzanne is an Opera singer and an actress and has sung and acted in many concerts and productions over the years, has created her own One womanshow ‘A Soul’s Journey’, with Opera aria’s, Shakespaere monologues and Dance.

Recently she has played her favorite ‘Beatrice’in Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing, Touchstone in As you like it, and will play the Fool Feste in Twelfth Night in december with the ‘We Love Shakespeare Company’ again directed by William Sutton.

Next to her love for Shakespeare, Music has accompanied her life for many years. This concert brings divers styles and languages together, accompanied by her charming sense of humor. She calls it her ‘Suitcase concert’, because she can take it anywhere. She brings her own music, to give her more freedom to perform in all sorts of places, without a piano. A church, a Hall, a lovely house and more.

Where’s my money? is a semi surrealist comedy about revenge, retribution, and emotional and physical scars of modern relationships. John Patrick Shanley’s lively and smart play is an emotional rollercoaster dealing with the highs and lows of marriage and divorce and the struggle to connect and find love.’

As Natalie, one of the characters says ‘Romance is for men; women who settle for romance get used.
